![]() The first owner passed away and his nephew sold this (and a few other things) to me. So I'm moving it on.Īre you the first owner? - I'm sort of the second-and-a-half owner. But then… you know the story… life happens and there's no time. I bought this case in anticipation of that day. Why do you have an MPC case, but no MPC? - Long story short: I fell in love with these old MPCs and thought, one day, I'd like to purchase an old used one and restore it. Happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability. I gave it a wipe down, but it could some detailed dusting. The result is an easy-to-consult reference for digital media scholars or anyone wishing to become familiar with this fast-developing field. Anyway, the case has a few minor blemishes (but I've seen cases A LOT worse that aren't 40 years old!). The Electra logo is awesome! It's pressed onto the case like a car's emblem. Fits MPCs, Omegas, and anything Les Paul shaped (shown in pic with LTD Les Paul style guitar). The seam around closes precisely and fully. ![]() This case is in very good condition… the interior especially. If you do know, then you know how cool of a find this is… especially if you've already got yourself an MPC and want to complete the package.Īs a bonus, I'm including the original MPC brochure that came with the MPC that once resided in this case. ![]() This is an original, 1977 (I'm pretty sure), hard shell case for an Electra MPC. If you don't know what an Electra MPC is, then you probably have no reason to be interested.
